john wayne wanted his gravestone to read:

"Feo, Fuerte y Formal" a Spanish epitaph meaning "ugly, strong and serious

instead, the grave, unmarked for twenty years, is now marked with a quotation from his controversial 1971 Playboy interview:

"Tomorrow is the most important thing in life. Comes into us at midnight very clean. It's perfect when it arrives and it puts itself in our hands. It hopes we've learned something from yesterday."

For 43 dollars my friend lost his life
Id love to spit some beechnut in that dudes eyes

Ifs. Buts. Maybes. They make the world go round. People love to criticise them, but we'd all be sunk without them. Doubts are the spice in life's stew. They add piquancy to an otherwise bland existence. Certainty is tedious. Misgivings create mystery. No mystery, no excitement. No excitement. No adventure. No adventure. No reason to get out of bed in the morning. Be glad about what's bothering you now. You would have far more reason to worry, if you felt you had nothing to worry about

military -industrial complex
