Now I don't know what you could glean from just dog's eye level video even if the 20-40 dogs you would ideally have to release got anywhere near the actual air base at groom lake or area 19 or papoose lake or wherever one was trying to hypothetically get near...
But what if a team of people simultaneously ignited brush fires along the accesible borders or used projectiles or model aircraft to carry ignition materials inside the borders of the base to create 4 hopefully large distractions for the base security to deal with...if done in summer with strong winds and dry conditions would there be sufficient fuel for fires to burn and grow? I haven't seen conditons there besides photos on websites so I don't know...
